These terms govern your use of the Premium Capital Solution website and submission of a preliminary commercial funding request.

Independent broker - not a direct funder

Premium Capital Solution is an independent commercial finance broker and ISO. We may review, prepare and refer merchant requests to independent funding providers. We do not directly lend money, purchase receivables, make underwriting decisions or bind a provider to an offer.

Preliminary funding request

Submitting the website form sends information to Premium Capital Solution first. It is a request for broker review, not an approval, commitment or provider offer. We may contact you for clarification and, with the authorization provided on the form, may refer submitted information to one or more independent commercial funding providers.

Provider decisions and agreements

Every provider independently determines eligibility, approval, amount, pricing, remittance schedule, security requirements, personal guaranty, conditions and timing. Any transaction is governed only by the provider’s final written agreement. Review that agreement before accepting or authorizing debits.

No guarantee

Premium Capital Solution does not guarantee approval, an offer, a particular amount or factor rate, same-day funding, credit treatment or savings. Website examples and educational descriptions are not quotes or promises.

Broker compensation

Premium Capital Solution may receive compensation from a provider if a referred transaction is completed. We do not charge an upfront fee to submit the preliminary website request. Provider fees and transaction costs, if any, are governed by provider disclosures and agreements.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business identified.
• Submitted information must be accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You must be authorized to use the telephone number and email address provided.
• Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, Social Security numbers or unrequested identity and financial documents through this form.
• Do not use the website unlawfully or interfere with its operation.

Consider consulting qualified advisers and compare total cost, payment frequency, reconciliation, personal guaranty and default provisions before accepting any transaction.

Communications

If you authorize telephone, SMS or email contact, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts. Communication consent may be withdrawn, but withdrawal does not affect processing already completed under prior authorization.

Third-party services

Funding providers, website hosting, form-processing, analytics and advertising services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A referral does not make Premium Capital Solution responsible for a provider’s independent acts, decisions or agreements.

Website availability

The website and its information are provided "as is" and may be updated, suspended or removed. No warranty is made that content is complete, current or suitable for a particular business decision.
