Start with the business need

Define the problem before comparing capital.

Different funding structures create different costs, payment schedules and risks. A clear use of funds makes it easier to ask providers the right questions.

Cash-flow timing

Estimate the amount and duration of the gap rather than requesting the largest available figure.

Inventory

Compare expected margin with the full cost of capital and the repayment schedule.

Equipment

Consider whether asset-backed financing may fit better than unrestricted working capital.

Expansion

Build a conservative plan that still works if new revenue arrives later than expected.

Common structures to research

Learn the differences before contacting a provider.

The descriptions below are general education, not offers, quotes or indications that a particular product is available to you.

Receivables purchase

Merchant cash advance

A provider purchases a portion of future business receivables. Pricing is commonly expressed as a factor rate rather than an annual percentage rate.

  • Ask for the total repayment amount in dollars.
  • Confirm whether remittances adjust when revenue changes.
  • Review reconciliation, default and personal-guarantee terms.
Revolving credit

Business line of credit

A provider establishes a credit limit that may be drawn, repaid and reused subject to its agreement and underwriting.

  • Compare interest, draw fees and maintenance fees.
  • Check whether the rate is variable.
  • Understand renewal and personal-guarantee requirements.
Asset-based

Equipment financing

Financing is tied to a specific business asset. The equipment may secure the obligation and can be repossessed after default.

  • Compare financing with leasing.
  • Check down-payment and insurance requirements.
  • Consult a tax professional about tax treatment.
Government-guaranteed

SBA-backed lending

Participating lenders—not this website—originate loans that may receive a U.S. Small Business Administration guarantee.

  • Use official SBA resources to verify participating lenders.
  • Expect lender underwriting and documentation.
  • Confirm fees, collateral and eligibility directly.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about our broker service.

Is Premium Capital Solution a direct funder?

No. Premium Capital Solution is an independent commercial finance broker and ISO. We review merchant requests and may refer them to independent funding providers, but we do not supply the capital or make approval decisions.

What happens after I submit?

Your preliminary request reaches Premium Capital Solution first. We may contact you to clarify the request. With the authorization provided on the form, a potentially suitable request may then be shared with one or more independent providers for evaluation.

Does submission guarantee approval or an offer?

No. Submission is not an approval or commitment. Each provider applies its own underwriting criteria and determines any amount, price, remittance schedule, conditions and funding timeline.

Will this form affect my credit?

Premium Capital Solution does not request or access a credit report through this form. A provider may later request permission for a soft or hard credit inquiry; review that authorization before agreeing.

Does Premium Capital Solution charge an upfront fee?

Premium Capital Solution does not charge merchants an upfront fee to submit this preliminary request. We may receive compensation from a provider if a referred transaction is completed. Provider costs and fees must be disclosed in the applicable written agreement.

What is the difference between a factor rate and APR?

A factor rate is a multiplier used to calculate a fixed repayment amount, while APR expresses an annualized borrowing cost. Ask any provider to disclose the total repayment amount, payment frequency, fees and an estimated annualized cost.

What should I review before accepting an MCA?

Review the purchase price, purchased amount, total repayment, factor rate, payment frequency, reconciliation process, personal guaranty, default provisions and any origination or administrative fees in the provider’s written agreement.

How can I verify a provider?

Confirm its legal business name, address, licenses or registrations where required, written agreement, total cost and complaint history. For SBA-backed products, use official SBA resources to locate participating lenders.
